Shipping policy

We are so grateful for you!  We will be shipping on the 20th of each month!  Cut off for ordering is on the 15th so we can make sure we have everything out by the 20th!  You will receive a tracking number in an email along with all the goodies in your loved ones box so you can call them and create a meaningful interaction about what you sent them!!!  If for some reason they did not receive their box, shoot us a quick email and we are happy to send them another one at no cost!  We know sometimes things get lost, especially in a community living environment!
